Policies
Check-in
At check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card. Please note that special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Up to 2 children (under 2 years old) can stay free using existing beds. 1 child aged (3 to 17 years) can stay at a cost of € 15 per child per night using extra beds (if available). Cots cannot be added. The maximum number of total guests is 4.
Pets
Pets not allowed.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the penalty will be equal to the total cost of the reservation.
Payment
The total cost of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
